A journey of my life

This year I was decided to run a full marathon, probably the one and only marathon this year... Probably I will race in SCKLM again and make it my annual event many more years to come

This year Fiza took part in Sprint Category while I was there just as a photographer

I think I never run half marathon in SCKLM before. My initial intention is to run full marathon but then Fiza asking me to pace her for HM. We target to run sub 2 but a month before the race she had an accident when her brand new KTM Duke 690R tilted over and landed on her feet. With swollen feet, she couldn't exercise and there goes our plan to clock sub 2 HM. Nevertheless, we had so much fun on the race day although Fiza wasn't fully recovered yet.

First time I took part in Kerian Duathlon. Kudos to race director Freddie Ng for a very successful and fun event. Run1 Bike Run 2 After the race

Your journey to become Ironman is on the right track. I strongly believe you will be able to finish IMMY this coming November. Congrats to Team OP! Hope more OPs will take part in many more endurance sports to come.

It was Uncle Chan's event in Port Dickson. Fiza signed up the event for me but I didn't train at all. This is the first swim I did this year. Even for 2015, I only swam twice, once in relay IM 70.3 and once was sometimes in mid year in a pool. Luckily, I managed to finish the swim. It was supposedly 2.5km but we were drifted and we swam about 3km in total. Race kit pick-up,we traveled together with Zukhairi to PD We started together And finished together... please ignore my muffin top :P
