After 3 years of absent, this year I took part again in PDIT. No training and due to heart problem, I take it easy in the race.
My first marathon this year, a 42km at 42 years old of me. No proper training prior to the race. It was long break since puasa. In average I ran 3km per week on the treadmill for about 2 months before the race. My target was sub 6 and managed to get it in the very nick of time after playing catch-up with 6 hours pacers during the last 12km...hehehe
