Batch trip to Taman Negara

28 OPs from Royal 8th batch RMC (1987-1991) went to Taman Negara for our get together trip. Actually, we had 31 pax but Budin, Gegek & Bapak unable to make due to family & work commitment.

We RV at RMC, the last person to arrive was newly wed Ala because he had a busy night before. So we gave him 20 knuckle-clap. It was smooth ride to Kuala Tahan and the boys already started to catch up in the bus. 

On the first day after check-in at Rainforest Kuala Tahan, we went out for a boat ride to Lata Berkoh for a jungle tracking and nice picnic near a small water fall. Then short stop at Kelah Santuary on the way back to Kuala Tahan.

On the second day we did canopy walk. 



Two-day trip is very short for us to do the catch up with everyone. Even before we reach RMC, we already planned for the next one mid next year.

Thanks to Mat Kong, Bandit, Bear as committee members and everyone else for making an effort to join the trip. You guys are awesome!!!

Hi Kam, tumpang lalu, was blog hopping and found your blog... :)

This looked like fun, and would be a great get-together with my batch, but i doubt that the turnout will be good as yours.
I wonder what the damage was per person for this kind of outing..

3 ratus lebih jer, inclusive everything. Bus ride from KL, breakfast, lunch, dinner, karaoke, boat ride and fun fun fun!
Nak dpt kan komitmen tu yg paling susah. Our next trip to Krabi in Sept ;) Flight tiket semua dah beli.

2021 Triumph Trident 660

Just a month after I bought my SV650, Fiza's friend offered her husband's motorcycle at a very attractive price. Apparently, her husband had given up riding and was willing to let go of the bike. After discussing it with me, I immediately told her to grab it because the mileage was fairly low. They settled the deal in just 15 minutes and over the following weekend, we went to JB to pick up the bike. To our surprise, the previous owner not only handed over the bike but also everything else, including riding jackets, boots, helmets, gloves, and more. Even the bike came with extras like a windscreen, new levers, engine guard, belly pan, tail bag, and bike cover. He said he didn't have time or passion for riding anymore, which was evident from the fact that the bike had only 174 km mileage after more than a year. Weekend jaunt to Brisbane

The following weekend after the trip to Adelaide, Fiza got another day off in Brisbane. Since I had never been to Brisbane before, I joined her trip to Down Under again within a week. Trip to Australia again  Like the Adelaide trip, the flight was at night and we arrived at Brisbane Airport in the morning. After Fiza got her rest at the hotel, we went out looking for lunch. Then we jalan-jalan at the shopping arcade. Around the city center  In the evening, we went out running along the river. The view by the river bank was spectacular. The city is alive at night, unlike Adelaide. There were events and people were busy everywhere. A short run along the river  The next day, we went to Warner Bros. Movie World near the Gold Coast.
